APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours out to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction. If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify us promptly. Any corrective service must be scheduled and completed within seven (7) days of your initial appointment. No refunds will be offered.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
For product purchases, you can return it hassle-free within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES
Gratuities are greatly appreciated. We cash, check, Venmo and Paypal.
